The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.317/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420,379,411,120(B)/34 of the IPC & 7 of the E.C. Act.

The petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54929 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present prayer for renewal has been made on account of the fact that other persons who were similarly situated and whose cases were also rejected have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 09.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.82907/2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances and also having perused the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.82907/2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.317/2019.
