Allegedly, the petitioner was caught with 70 litres spirit for which, he is languishing in jail custody since 21-06-2014 and prior to institution of the present case, no case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daudpur P.S.
