Petitioner is in custody connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 for the offence under section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case from the possession of the petitioner one rifle with seven cartridges have been seized. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand)
