The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and section 10 of the U.P.A. Act.

The police, on a secret information that Maoists have assembled to disturb the General Election of Parliament, apprehended one person with country made gun and live cartridges. The apprehended accused disclosed his name as Awadhesh Yadav. He disclosed the name of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38641 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.
