This application for grant of regular bail arises out of S.T. No. 156 of 2021 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is one of the accused persons who is said to have taken the deceased, thereafter, there is no material to show that the petitioner was involved in killing of the deceased.
Considering the above submission, this regular bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7401 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with S.T. No. 156 of 2021 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020.
