Patna High Court MJC No.362 of 2025(6) dt.14-11-2025 2/3 I.A. No. 01 of 2025 has been filed for adding the legal representatives of the petitioner as a party in the present writ petition.

2. Having regard to the same, I.A. No. 01 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner will present the original Cheque bearing No. 080494 before the Banking Ombudsmen and the authority may be directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 26.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14752 of 2021.

4. Having regard to the same, present MJC stands closed. The legal representatives of the original petitioner added by allowing the I.A. No. 01 of 2025 shall present the Cheque bearing no. 080494 before the Banking Ombudsmen within a period of four weeks from today. On such Cheque being presented, the authority shall take necessary steps for complying with the directions of this Court dated 26.06.2024 in CWJC No. 14752 of 2021.
