JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded Katta and one live cartridge are said to haven been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Moreover, co-accused Ramakant Paswan and Vikash Kumar Paswan, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.Case No. 76 of 2015.
