This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 17.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10081 of 2016, however the order dated 17.01.2017 was subsequently corrected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.01.2017, as there was some clerical mistake in the order of 17.01.2017. It has been jointly submitted that the order dated 17.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10081 of 2016 has been complied.

In the circumstances, this application is disposed of.
