2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"to quash the District Gazette Published on 13th September, 1994, in the name of Late Ramchandra Pandey under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11642 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 purported exercise of power u/s 15 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961. By this notification the respondents have acquired 34-80 Acres of land."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be exploring opportunities to approach the appropriate authority/court.
