Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant has been killed by her in-laws family including the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18879 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/3 for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased. The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased. Moreover, other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16228 of 2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 321
