Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.277 of 2025 has been filed for restoration of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 7980 of 2018 to its original file which was dismissed due to non prosecution on 07.05.2024. Counsel submits that on repeated

Patna High Court MJC No.277 of 2025(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 dates, earlier counsel on record could not present due to which, case was dismissed due to non prosecution. Counsel submits that when client received information in this regard, he has engaged another counsel and filed the present application.

3. In this view of the matter, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.277 of 2025 is hereby allowed and let, Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.7980 of 2018 be restored to its original file subject to payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) payable to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
