The petitioners are in custody since 21.3.2014 in Arwal P.S. Case No.65/14 for the offence under Sections 370, 370(1), 372, 373 of I.P.C. and 6/8 P.O.C.S.O. Act along with 3, 4, 5,7 and 8 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the allegation against the petitioners is that they were running a brothel, the girls recovered have not implicated these petitioners nor have they stated any thing against them so as to attract the provisions of Immoral Traffic Act.
