The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his. Bharat Yadav is also alleged to have assaulted the informant with Dabiya on his head and other parts of his body. Shatrughan Yadav is also alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his shoulder. The informant got one injury on his head which is opined to be grievous. Ram Tahal Yadav (the petitioner) and Bharat Yadav are alleged to be the main assailants but Bharat Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16260/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Bharat Yadav. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
