JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2021 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.12.2019 passed by the Respondent No. 4 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been transferred from Forest Division, Kaimur to Forest Division, Sitamarhi, however, on account of afflux of time and the petitioner having already joined the transferred place of posting i.e. at Forest Division, Sitamarhi, no lis survives for consideration.

However, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2576 of 2020(5) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the respondents be directed to pay the outstanding salary.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 1 regarding his grievances pertaining to non-payment of the salary amount and in case, appropriate representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the Respondent No. 1 shall consider the same and take appropriate action within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
