The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 297/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Chhotelal Paswan on his head. The informant got as many as four injuries. The injuries found on the head of the informant are simple in nature. Only one injury found on the shoulder of Chhotelal Paswan is opined grievous in nature. Other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. There is a counter version. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
