Perused the impugned order dated 03.05.2016 passed by A.D.J.-VII, Gaya in Title Appeal No.30 of 2015 whereby the intervention application filed by the petitioner has been rejected. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner did not file any application before the court below nor there is any pleading on his behalf nor there is evidence on his behalf and, therefore, his presence in this appeal for deciding the controversy between the original parties is not at all necessary. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
