====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University has produced the file containing the list of the candidates, who have been admitted but has not produced the entire record as directed by this court earlier on 29.11.2021. The Registrar of the University shall remain present on the next date along with the complete record including the register showing the admission of students which also contains the photographs and signatures of the candidates.

He is also directed to produce before this court the file relating to the payments received from the students and the record of receipts of amount. The statement of account of the B.N. Mandal University be also produced by the Department of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5526 of 2021(8) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Education. It is informed that the examination of the B.Ed have already been concluded.

Taking into consideration the allegations raised by the petitioner of wrongful admission having been conducted by the University by making on the spot admissions without informing the higher meritorious candidates.

In the meanwhile, it is directed that the result of the B.Ed examination shall not be declared of any of the student without the permission of this court.

List this case again on 19.09.2022.
