Admittedly, the petitioner was one of the directors of Non-banking company and the present case has been lodged by an agent of the aforesaid company. It is also an admitted position that the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and in course of investigation, except agents of the aforesaid company, none came forward to make any allegation against the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37555 of 2014 (3) dt.29-01-2015 bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
