The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that unknown criminals had killed her husband. She further alleged that Kaushlaya Devi and her brother-in-law Sugamal Singh had called four criminals who killed her husband. Only suspicion is raised against the petitioner and Kaushlaya Devi has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10863 of 2013 and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38853 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2012. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
