The grievance of the petitioner is that the report of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Nawada to the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department endorsing the financial irregularities complained of by the petitioner has not been acted upon by the State and hence, the writ petition in Public Interest.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3724 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Learned Counsel for the petitioner has made reference to the statement made by the beneficiaries which stands noted in the report of Deputy Development Commissioner to submit that some irregularities noted is confirmed.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and in the nature of the issue raised, we deem it proper to direct the respondent no. 3, the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department to consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised herein in the background of the report of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Nawada enclosed at Annexure-2 to the writ petition and take it to a logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This disposes of the writ petition.
