The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that the alleged recovery has been made from the back side of the house of one Tarkeshwar Soni. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6851 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. No. 190 of 2021 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
