2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant.
5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No.70 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
