JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court on the ground that daughter of the petitioner had disclosed before the police about involvement of the petitioner but in course of trial, daughter of the petitioner was examined as prosecution witness and she denied her previous statement, said to be recorded by police in course of investigation. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-05-2013 and some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
