Misc.No. 72952 of 2018, the name of petitioner no.4 has been wrongly typed as Sanjay Kumar Kamat in place of Sanjeev Kumar Kamat.
It is noticeable that originally the name of petitioner no.4 was typed as Sanjay Kumar Kamat in Cr. Misc. No. 72952 of 2018, which has been replaced and changed to Sanjeev in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5275 of 2019(4) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 place of Sanjay by use of pen.
Considering the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed.
Let Sanjeev Kumar Kamat be read as petitioner no.4 in the order dated 18.12.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72952 of 2018.
