The petitioners seek bail in Patna Junction (GRP) P.S. Case no. 157/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were apprehended by the police but from the possession of the petitioners only Rs. 30/- and a blade were recovered. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It appears that the petitioners did not disclose their correct residential address.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41815 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patna Junction (GRP) P.S. Case No. 157/2015, subject to the condition that petitioners shall furnish their correct address and the local bailors having substantial immovable property.
