JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that despite the Subdivisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Sikrahana, District-East Champaran, Motihari having passed an order dated 10.06.2017, regarding removal of the encroachment in question, however, till date no action has been taken by the respondent authorities, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2212 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be examined and appropriate orders shall be passed, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
