The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2021 in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 167/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, the present bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge or after completing of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,
