Taking into consideration that name of petitioners came in this case on mere suspicion and petitioners are in jail custody since 09.04.2014 but up till now they have not been put on Test Identification Parade, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 270 of 2012.
