The present petition has been filed with a prayer to review my order dated 16.09.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No.10467 of 2007. By the said order, this Court after hearing the parties and perusing the entire records did not interfere in the matter and dismissed the writ petition assigning detailed reason. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court C. REV. No.22 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 that against the order, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court vide L.P.A. No.1561 of 2014. The said L.P.A. was withdrawn by learned counsel for the appellant on 15.12.2014 and liberty was granted to make an application for review of the order of the writ Court. Pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2014, the present review petition has been filed.

Sri Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that document brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit showing deposits made by the petitioner was not looked into by Court. However, on going through the order dated 16.09.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 10467 of 2007 that this Court had examined all the documents and after being satisfied that it was not case for interference, the writ petition stood dismissed.

I do not find any ground to review my earlier order. The review petition stands dismissed.
