2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the nomenclature of the respondent No. 2 has been changed from Principal Secretary to Additional Chief Secretary. Learned counsel seeks permission to correct the same in the cause title.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the present C.W.J.C may be disposed of granting liberty to make a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3081 of 2024(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Works Department i.e., respondent No. 2 herein ventilating his grievance and the Additional Chief Secretary may be directed to pass necessary orders on the said representation.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation ventilating his grievance to the respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the Additional Chief Secretary (respondent No. 2) shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereof duly taking into consideration the documents submitted by the petitioner. In case, the Additional Chief Secretary comes to the conclusion that the amounts due to the petitioner are payable, necessary orders for payment of the amount shall be passed. Any order passed, shall be communicated to the parties.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
