JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile set with SIM, four other SIMs, one charger and cash Rs. 4320/- are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was lodged in jail custody in connection with another case. In the present case, the petitioner is in jail custody since 10.11.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.354 of 2014.
