JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for making payment of compensation, as according to him, his land has been acquired for construction of a Government road. The said land has been described in paragraph 3 of the application, appertaining to Khata No. 544, Khesra No. 9100, ad-measuring 1.90 decimal. Though the matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders on Office Notes' with certain defects pointed out by the Registry, considering the nature of the pleading in the writ application, this application is disposed of at this stage itself. There is no material on record to suggest that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6854 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 petitioner ever approached any authority/forum against acquisition/construction of a Government road over the land, which, according to him belong to him. There is vague statement made in paragraph 9 of the application, which has not been substantiated by any document that the petitioner approached the authorities, raising his claim. In such view of the matter, no order as sought by the petitioner in the present writ application, can be made by this Court. It will be, however, open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority raising his grievance.

This application stands disposed of with the above noted observation.
