2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father of the Anil Kumar Singh and Sunil Kumar Singh who were in petitioners in Cr. Misc. No.63465 of 2023 and has antecedent of seven cases.

4. It is next submitted that the case in detail has been argued on merits which stand recorded in the order dated 09.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.63465 of 2023 whereby anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11953 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 bail has been granted to Anil Kumar Singh and Sunil Kumar Singh. It is thus submitted that the case of the petitioner if not akin is similar to the case of Anil Kumar Singh and Sunil Kumar.

5. The learned APP along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Munsif,II-cum-JMFC, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.384(C) of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
