The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Six persons were going on two motorcycles, the police intercepted them and caught two persons the petitioner and Saroj Yadav. One motorcycle is also recovered from their possession. The aforesaid recovered motorcycle is said to be looted property of the present case for which Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 was registered. It is submitted that no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner rather the recovery was made from the possession of Saroj Yadav. The petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and he is in jail since 27.02.2015.
