The present petition has been preferred for: issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the letter dated 04.01.2024 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 6 by which he called the meeting of no confidence against the petitioner without giving any information or any notice to the Petitioner against the statutory provisions under the Bihar Panchayati Raj Act and declare the meeting held on the basis of aforesaid letter.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1975 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 presently the matter is being enquired into by the District Magistrate, Saharsa (respondent no. 3).

4. In that background, he submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 3 with all the materials on record.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. It goes without saying that the respondent no. 3 shall take up the matter and dispose it of urgently. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U
