1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, Mr. Surendra Kumar Mishra.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to make
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10022 of 2024(3) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 submission that O.P. No. 2 shall have no objection in the event the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is allowed.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 178 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
