The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not stated a word against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
