In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 363 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner tried to take away the son of the victim but after hot chase the petitioner was caught along with the son of the victim.

The counsel for the petitioner submits, the real fact is that the informant and the petitioner are friends, working together in a Jute Mill at Surat. The petitioner had sent money to his family by the hand of the informant while he was returning his home but no such money was given by the informant to the family of the petitioner which led to filing of the present case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38990 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 submits that it is completely a concocted case and the petitioner, having no criminal history, is in custody since 22nd May 2014. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S.
