The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law having age of 75 yrs. and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law having age of 70 yrs. of the deceased. Both petitioners are old aged and have persons of clean antecedent.

No.17914 of 2021(4) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
