The writ petition has been filed:- "on behalf of the petitioner in the nature of writ/writs, directions to order/orders, the Respondent direction/to make compensation to the petitioner for the land wos which is acquired without following any procedure and without paying any compensation to the petitioner."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it
Patna High Court CWJC No.11493 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 will suffice if he is allowed to approach respondent no.8- the District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhepura for redressal of his grievance in the next four weeks.
4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.
5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.8- the District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhepura within four weeks. If such, petition is filed, he shall be taking up the matter to its logical conclusion in next four months.
