2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions for setting aside the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12424 of 2016(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 order dated 25.08.2015 and 01.10.2015 passed by the Respondent No. 5 in B.L.T. Case No. 454 of 2014 whereby and whereunder confirmed the order of Commissioner Darbhanga and order dated 13.02.2013 passed by the D.C.L.R. Sadar, Darbhanga allowed the petition in favour of Opposite Party No. 6 to 13 and further for issuance of consequential writ that till the pendency of this case order dated 25.08.2015, 05.10.2015, 18.11.2014 and 13.02.2013 be stayed and/or issuance of an appropriate consequential writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they shall be given liberty to approach competent Civil Court by filing appropriate suit.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
