The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.176 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that after investigation, the police submitted final form against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7297 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Bikramganj in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.176 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
