2. The part grievance, which remains in this case, is with respect to the interest on delayed payment of the retiral benefits, for which the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate representation appending the Government Circulars for grant of interest on delayed payment.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submit that on submission of such representation, appropriate orders shall be passed after examining the reasons

4. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation within a period of four weeks from today and upon submission of such representation, necessary orders shall be passed within a further period of eight weeks and if it is found that the interest is payable, the same shall be paid within two weeks thereafter.

5. This writ application stands disposed of.
