JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that other co-accused, namely, Aaro Yadav and Hiro Yadav, have been granted anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 and 19.06.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 70749 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 3875 of 2020. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five

No.5340 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further the condition that on release the petitioner will render his service as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
