The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The minor girl was kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioner.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the girl has given statement that she got married with the petitioner and were staying in Delhi.

No.6991 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the statement of the girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that the girl is now married with the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kusheshwar-Asthan P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga.

The application stands allowed.
