2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of cancellation of the petitioner's PDS licence was made subject matter of Appeal No. 03/DM/2017 which was filed on 17.03.2017 but the same remains indisposed of.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, it would suffice if the writ petition is disposed of with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.13647 of 2017 dt.04-01-2018 2/2 direction to the Collector, Arwal (respondent no. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Appeal No. 03/DM/2017, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this judgment.
