Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have concealed the kidnapped minor daughter of the informant in her house.

It is submitted that it is co-accused Shailendra Kumar who is son of the petitioner, who is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. She has been made accused in this case merely because she happens to be mother of the co-accused Shailendra Kumar. Petitioner is a widow and reside with her family and has got clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition
