The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to get the boundary wall constructed in and around the land of the petitioner as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2297 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 adjoining land owner and the persons whose lands are situated adjacent to the land of the petitioner are creating nuisance. There is disputed question of facts and this Court in writ jurisdiction cannot direct the authority to get the boundary wall constructed.

In this view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U
