The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted farsa blow on the head of Vishwajeet Kumar with an intention to kill him due to which he got injury. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
