Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 10.01.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81202 of 2023. He further submits that inadvertently, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Raxaul at Motihari, District - East Champaran has been recorded in place of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar at Motihari, District - East Champaran.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 10.01.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81202 of 2023, is modified to the aforesaid extent and two week's further time is allowed to surrender in terms of order dated 10.01.2024.
